Pedro Araújo is an Associate professor of Management Accounting at the University of Cádiz; currently he is Vicedean of Academic and Students Affairs in the Faculty of Economics and Business. He has researched on accounting change and the design and use of control systems in intra and inter-organizational areas.

Vítor Corado Simões is professor at ISEG – Instituto Superior de Economia e Gestão (University of Lisbon). His main research areas are International Management and Innovation Management, namely MNCs, MNC subsidiaries, and Born Globals.

Juan J. Durán is Professor at the Universidad Autonóma Madrid. President of the Academic Council of the Centro Internacional Carlos V. His main research interests are Multinational firms, foreign Direct Investment, international finance, corporate social responsibility.

Raquel Flórez is an Associate Professor in Accounting and Finance at Pablo Olavide University of Seville (Spain). Her research interests are focused on risk management and control systems, with a particular interest in credit risk; supply chain management and efficiency; and risk.

María José García is an Associate Professor in Accounting and Finance at the University Rey Juan Carlos (Madrid). Director of the Accounting and Finance Area. Her research interests are Finances, Islamic Finances, Accounting and Corporate Social Responsibility.

Ana Teresa T. Lehmann is Associate Professor of Economics at the School of Economics, University of Porto, researcher at CEF.UP, University of Porto, and Head of International Business at PBS-U.Porto Business School. She has a widen experience serving in executives and political positions in charge of strategies to promote internationalization, innovation, cluster policy and international cooperation and consultor.

Carolina Ramírez is an Assistant professor in Accounting in Pablo de Olavide University in Seville. Her main research interests are management control in interorganizational relationships, franchising and happiness in workplace.

Juan Manuel Ramón is an Associate Professor in Accounting and Finance at Pablo Olavide University of Seville (Spain). His main lines of research are focused on Management Control Systems (MCS), and risks and performance control in collaborative relationships between companies in the national and international scope.

Alex Rialp is an Associate Professor Department of Business Economics Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB). His current research lines are Internationalization of SMEs – Export behavior and performance of the (Spanish) firm,  International Business and International Marketing,  International Entrepreneurship,  Foreign entry mode research, International alliance management, Strategic and knowledge management: Ebusiness and IT management and Inter-firm and Technological Centers collaborative relationships.

Jose Manuel Sánchez is an Associate professor of Entrepreneurship at the University of Cadiz; Director of the Chair in Business Internalization of the University of Cadiz. His main research interest has been the study of collaborative relationships between companies, as well as entrepreneurship and internalization.

María Vélez is an Associate Professor of Management Accounting at University of Cádiz. Her research interests and experiences include management control systems on inter-organizational relationships, relationship between trust and control, risk management in inter-organizational relationships, management control systems use and emergent techniques for management and control in entrepreneurship context.
